How it works
Dictate what is extra and why
Tap the microphone and say what you found after opening up or what the client asked for on top. Dictation runs in the browser, set to Slovak; if your browser lacks it, type the notes.
Add photos of the current state
Photograph the opened-up floor or wall from your phone (on a computer, choose image files). Optionally add the project and the client, and pick the region used for pricing.
Get an addendum to sign
AI prepares the change order: description of the change in scope, reason and priced items. Generation runs on the server; you can work elsewhere meanwhile. Print it or save as PDF.
What is in the document and what happens next
The change order is headed as an addendum to the works and carries the date, plus project and client if filled in. Then the description of the change in scope, the reason, and a table of extra works — item, quantity, unit, unit price and total, summed excluding VAT. Assumptions the AI made, such as a missing dimension, are listed under assumptions and warnings. A closing clause states that the client's signature approves the scope and price of the extra work, to be carried out and invoiced beyond the original contract or quote, followed by signature fields for the contractor and the client.
Every generated change order stays in the tool's history — open it again (project and client are typed in afresh) or delete it. Uploaded photos are not stored; the result and your dictated notes are kept, on a server in Germany.
Plainly, what this is and what it is not. A change order is an indicative working document you check before anyone signs — what you hand to the client is your company's responsibility, as with quotes (see the terms). Rates come from your price book; an item it lacks is priced from a Slovak reference price list or derived as an estimate, so check quantities and prices. The generated document itself is in Slovak, with fixed Slovak headings and signature clause, even when you use the app in English. Approval is a signature on the printed document or PDF, not an online step in the app. Project and client are typed in by hand; the document is not linked to a specific quote in the app. Dictation needs an internet connection; no offline mode.
