You send the quote to your client, so the quote is yours. That is why every line item shows where its rate came from: your own price list, a market rate, or an AI estimate. Anything estimated is flagged above the budget, together with the assumptions made and a list of items to verify during the site visit. The output is a draft to check, not a quote to send blind.

The application and the database run on a single server in Germany; the data stays in the EU. The database is not reachable from the internet and is backed up daily, with 14 days of history. Uploaded drawings and photos are never written to disk — they are read into memory and only the result is stored. Text processing (Anthropic) and transactional e-mail (Resend) run in the USA under standard contractual clauses; the full list is in our privacy policy.

No. Your price list is used solely as input for your own job. We do not supply it for model training and we do not make it available to other customers. Company data is separated inside the application — one company's price list is never visible to another.

No — there is no template. Upload the file you already have, whether it is Excel, CSV, PDF or Word, and the AI pulls out the items with their unit of measure, labour rate and material rate. Scanned PDFs are read too. Up to 2,000 items per import. New items are added; your existing price list is not overwritten. The import is run by a company administrator.

No — KUKRA is a web application and needs a connection. On site a mobile signal and a browser are enough; there is nothing to install. Generation, however, runs on the server: you can close the tab or lose signal and the finished job will be waiting when you come back. Dictation requires a connection, and there is no offline mode.

The price covers one company account, with no cap on the number of quotes or on tool usage. We set up one administrator when the account is created; further users for your team are added on request — write to kukrapp@gmail.com. Larger teams are handled under the custom plan.

It is the final price. KUKRA s. r. o. is not registered for VAT, so nothing is added on top. Annually it is €800, which works out at ten months instead of twelve. No lock-in and no setup fee.

A demo account is created the moment you submit the form — the e-mail with the password link arrives immediately and the link is valid for 72 hours. The demo covers 3 quotes over 14 days. A paid account is activated once your payment reaches our bank account, normally within a few hours on working days. Importing a price list is optional; a short tour walks you through the first run.

No. You can cancel at any time by e-mail, with no notice period, and access runs to the end of the period already paid for. Every quote can be downloaded as PDF or XLSX whenever you like, and Settings → Data exports your quotes, price list and company details to JSON in one click. A full export including the remaining records is prepared on request within 30 days. We keep your data for at most 90 days after the subscription ends, then delete it.

We make no claim that it matches the prescribed statutory format — check that with your site supervisor. What the application does: you dictate a summary of the day and it becomes a formal entry in six parts — works carried out, workers on site, weather, plant and machinery, obstructions and downtime, and visits and inspections. Entries are kept per project, the original dictation is stored alongside them, and they can be printed.
