How it works
Site and date
Type the site name — the app suggests the ones you already have entries for — and pick the date, which is filled in by default.
Dictate the day
Tap the microphone and talk: what was done, how many people, weather, obstructions. The transcript appears as you speak and you can correct or extend it before saving. If your browser does not support dictation, you type the summary instead.
Save the entry
AI drafts a formal entry — factual, third person, past tense — and files it under the site. It is instructed to write down only what was said and leave the rest empty — so check the entry once saved.
What the entry contains
The entry has six parts. Works carried out are always there; the others appear only when you dictated them.
- Works carried out — as bullet points, one activity per line, with quantities where mentioned.
- Workers — headcount and trades.
- Weather — including temperature.
- Plant and machinery.
- Obstructions — downtime and defects found.
- Visits — inspections and subcontractors.
Entries per site
Entries belong to your company account and are kept per site. Each one shows the site, the date and the time it was recorded; the newest come first, and one tap switches between sites or shows every site at once. The original dictation is stored alongside the entry. The list prints cleanly from the browser; individual entries can be deleted.
Plainly, what this is and what it is not. We make no claim that it matches the prescribed statutory format — check that with your site supervisor. The entry is an indicative draft that you check yourself: AI is instructed to write down only what was said and leave the rest empty — so look over the transcript before saving; a saved entry can only be deleted. Dictation and the entry are in Slovak; the app interface itself is available in English. Dictation needs a connection; there is no offline mode. Your browser does the speech recognition (Google's service in Chrome, Apple's in Safari); only the text reaches KUKRA and goes to Anthropic for processing (USA, EU contractual clauses). Entries stay on a server in Germany and company data is kept separate inside the app.
